RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:

I need a deposit: personal check, traveler's check, PayPal (the easiest and simplest), bank draft, Western Union or money order in dollars for 20% of the rate to secure reservations.

Credit cards are problematic and require a 7.5% processing charge added to the deposit. If you E-mail I will hold your reservations for about a week or however long we estimate it will take the deposit to reach me in Cambridge.

Make all checks or Money Orders out to Jaenia Mikulka.

The entire amount for your stay must be paid in advance on arrival unless other arrangements have been made. I will, of course, accept cash and out of state checks. Deposits are not refundable. A deposit will be charged even for nights cancelled after arrival.
